Enterprise Software Development — Complex Systems Built by Engineers Who Think Like Founders
Enterprise software development done badly creates technical debt that compounds for years. We approach it differently: as engineers who understand your business problem first, and as founders who know what happens when software decisions don't scale.
Enterprise systems that actually work at scale
From NetSuite customization to custom ERP builds, from legacy modernization to AI automation layers — we build enterprise software that integrates cleanly with what you already have.
NetSuite Development & Customization
SuiteScript, custom workflows, saved searches, and third-party integrations. We approach NetSuite as engineers, not resellers — no licence upsells, just good implementation.
Custom ERP & Business Systems
When off-the-shelf doesn't fit your operations, we build custom ERP modules, inventory systems, and business process platforms tailored to how your business actually runs.
Legacy System Modernization
Modernize without replacing. We build API layers over legacy systems, extract and migrate data, and progressively update what needs updating — without the rip-and-replace risk.
Workflow Automation & Process Intelligence
Identify the manual processes eating your team's time and replace them with automated workflows. Approval chains, notifications, data routing, and exception handling.
Enterprise API & Integration Layer
Connect your CRM, ERP, WMS, and third-party tools into a unified data layer. Clean API design with proper authentication, rate limiting, and error handling.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Custom dashboards, scheduled reports, and data pipelines that give your leadership team the visibility they need without requiring a BI developer for every query.
BRP — Ski-Doo & Sea-Doo dealer network tools
Dealer-facing mobile applications for BRP's North American dealer network. Inventory management, product configuration, and sales tools deployed across hundreds of dealer locations — enterprise-scale, real deadline.
Four steps. No surprises.

Technology we use for enterprise systems
What enterprise problem are you solving?
Too much manual work in core business processes
Approval workflows, data entry, report generation, exception handling — we map what's actually happening and replace the manual steps with automation.
Legacy systems that block growth
We build around legacy systems rather than demanding you replace them. API layers, data extraction pipelines, and progressive modernization that doesn't stop the business.
NetSuite isn't doing what you need it to
NetSuite is powerful but opinionated. We customize it properly — SuiteScript, custom records, workflows, and integrations — so it fits your process rather than forcing your process to fit it.
Questions about enterprise software
How do you approach a legacy system modernization?
We start with a technical audit: what exists, what integrates with what, where the pain is, and what the risk of changing each component is. We then build a phased plan that reduces risk incrementally rather than demanding a big-bang replacement.
Can you integrate with our existing NetSuite setup?
Yes. We work with existing NetSuite implementations regularly — adding SuiteScript customizations, building new workflows, fixing broken integrations, and connecting third-party systems via SOAP or REST APIs.
How do you handle enterprise security requirements?
Security is a first-class concern: SOC 2-aligned practices, role-based access control, audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit, and proper secrets management. We can also work within your existing security framework and vendor approval processes.
What's your experience with large-scale deployments?
We built dealer tools for BRP deployed across their North American network, and the Soccer Pro app for FIFA's 2014 Women's World Cup. Enterprise scale and real deadlines are not new to us.
Do you work with enterprise procurement processes?
Yes. We can accommodate vendor registration, MSAs, insurance certificates, SOC 2 documentation requests, and the other requirements that come with enterprise procurement. It takes longer but we're used to it.
What does a typical enterprise engagement look like?
Most enterprise engagements start with a 4–6 week discovery and architecture phase ($25K–50K), then move into a phased build. Total budgets typically range from $150K for a focused integration project to $500K+ for a full system build.
